Sample Breakfast & Dinner Menus

Breakfast and dinner are included in your stay and are served in the main lodge dining rooms. Bagged lunches are available for a nominal fee, except for Sundays when they are complimentary. Breakfast is served daily at 8:30 a.m. and dinner is served Monday – Saturday at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of dinner on Sundays, we provide a hearty bagged lunch for you to enjoy.

Outside guests are encouraged to dine with us, however due to limited space a reservation is required. Please call (518) 352-7706 at least a day in advance to make your reservation.

A homemade, hearty Adirondack breakfast is served daily. Breakfast consists of coffee and juice, your choice of hot or cold cereals, homemade pancakes, bacon, toast, and eggs made to order.


At Hemlock Hall you’ll enjoy wonderful homemade dinners served in a relaxing atmosphere with family and friends. The menu is set and revolving, please review the details below.

Caesar salad, marinated roast beef with savory gravy, accompanied with baked potatoes and corn, and finished with homemade apple pie.

Coleslaw, BBQ pulled pork sandwich, served with applesauce, a baked sweet potato and broccoli, finished with fresh chocolate chip cookies.

Caesar salad, chicken and biscuits with gravy, served with mashed potatoes and peas, finished with homemade chocolate pie.

Garden salad, classic spaghetti and meatballs, finished with homemade gingerbread.

Coleslaw, cracker crumb crusted haddock and baked ham, accompanied with scalloped potatoes and green beans, finished with strawberry shortcake.

Garden salad, traditional roast turkey with dressing and gravy served with mashed potatoes and peas, finished with homemade chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.

Dinner is not served on Sundays, however complimentary bagged lunches are provided.
