2023 Rates Schedule

Open Seasonally June 9 – October 9, 2023

We are a seasonal resort, open for lodging and breakfast and dinner from the second Friday in June through the second Monday in October.

At Hemlock Hall we practice a Modified American Plan which includes lodging, breakfast and dinner and the use of our facilities. This includes 500 feet of waterfront, a swimming beach, a large dock for relaxing or fishing, the use of our boats (kayaks, canoes, SUPs, rowboats), a playground and a game room.

Base rates are for two people and do not include gratuity or sales tax. 15% gratuity will be added to your bill for the housekeepers and waitstaff and rates are subject to sales tax.

For each additional adult (10 yrs. plus) – $90 / night
For each additional child (3-9 yrs.) – $50 / night

Updated Reservation Policy

Reservation requests can be made for the 2023 season in person, by phone or email, or through online booking. When booking online, please contact us if you have any questions about our rates and policies, a room or cottages occupancy level, or specific availability.

Hemlock Hall is a unique resort with guests who return year after year and with varying size accommodations. Filling reservation requests is a detailed process and we do our best to meet as many guest requests as possible. Please be patient as we fit the pieces together.

A deposit of 50% of your balance is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will be applied and deducted from your balance. If you should need to cancel your reservation, it is our policy to hold the deposit while we try to re-rent the accommodation. If the accommodation is re-rented, the deposit will be refunded. Once we have received your deposit we will send you a confirmation email. If there is a change in your reservation we MUST be notified at least seven days prior to your arrival or you will be charged the amount for your original reservation (including a change in group size, total cancellation, etc.). Reservations made for a week will be expected to pay for the full week.

Policies

  • Check in/out: At our Office in the Main Lodge. Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am.

  • Payment for Your Stay: Payment is due at departure. We accept cash, checks, money orders, travelers’ checks and we also accept Visa and MasterCard.
  • Credit Card Fee: Payments made with a credit card will be subject to a 4% fee.
  • Gratuities for Your Stay: For your convenience a 15% gratuity will be added to your bill for our housekeepers and dining room staff.
  • Meals: Our Modified American Plan includes a hearty, homemade breakfast and dinner. We do not offer credit for missed meals. Packed lunches are available and include a sandwich, chips, cookies, fruit and water.
  • Pets: We do not allow pets except certified service dogs, guide dogs and hearing dogs. Please call if you would like information on local kennels.
